SOP Blank Customer Statement form

Posted on by 370

I need to add item quantity sold to an SOP blank customer statement. Can anyone give me a direction as to how to go about it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Joegay.

Are you using a modified SOP Blank Invoice report? If so, change this back to the standard form that ships with GP temporarily, print off a dummy invoice an see if this gives you what you want.

By default, this QTY is on the form which means the table / field is already there. If you are using a modified form that has removed the QTY, you can simply add it back by looking at the original SOP Blank Invoice template, and simply add the same field back on your modified report.

    Thanks Joshua.

I looked in the calculated field options is not there. I want to believe there must be a way to create a table relation with the main SOP blank form.

By the way, I am using Dynamics GP10.

    Thanks again.

    Hello,

This field is already on the standard SOP Bank Invoice Form unless this has been modified on your report. It is a calculated field based from the Sales Transaction Amounts Work table called "(C) QTY To Invoice." you can find the field under "Calculated Fields" in the toolbox for report writer. If you are using the Word templates, the field name will be the same, and you only need to drag it to your body.
