Web Services filtering data

Hi there,

I added Page 950 (Time Sheets) to the Web Services page and the system generated a URL endpoint, which I have brought into Power BI unchanged.

For some reason, the Web Service is only providing a filtered amount of data i.e. one time sheet for one user, instead of several time sheets across several users.

Same applies if I just view the URL in the browser as raw data (Power BI is not itself filtering out anything)

Why is the Web Service filtering the data?

Many Thanks.

    Hi

I could be totally wrong. But could you try to create Web Service for page 951 (Time Sheet List) instead of Page 950 (Time Sheet)?

951 just gives a list of time sheets, not the detail of the lines entered on the timesheets which is what I need.

However, when I do query the 951 URL the data displayed is complete - unlike 950!

I hope someone can provide the solution. We do not use Timesheet otherwise I could test more.

Page 950 uses code to show only a single users data. It is not something you can alter without modification. Given these pages hold “active” timesheets you could look at using the “archive” version of the timesheet pages to generate the report. Failing that you will need a modification here.

Okay thanks, I think I will need to look at exposing table 952 as an API endpoint to get all the data I am looking for.
