Make sales do my administration tasks

Dear reader,

I have the following problem, When one of my salesmans visit a customer and receive an order, they create an order list and bring it to my administration department. When they receive it, the administation department has to manually type the order in Microsoft Dynamics. Is there a way my salesman can entrer the order via an app with a tablet, so administration doesn't have to do it again.

SalesPad has a good mobile app for this.

Do you have any plans on upgrading to GP 2015 or GP 2016? There are a lot of add-on products that you could probably invest in - or give the salespeople web access so that they can do their work themselves. I feel your pain!
