I am trying to create a contact record using quick create form .
but while trying to create the record i am getting a bpf error.
Issue when creating a new contact - An item with the same key has already been added.
can anyone help me in resolving this issue.
i tried to regenerate the same issue in the dev environment but it's not getting generated there but only occurring on the production environment.
Hello, in addition to that I would check customizations on form like javascripts and business rules.

There could be numerous reasons for this.
Create Advance Find view and add filter criteria and select that entity mandatory/primary filed and search by that values, you will find the existing contact with same value.

Can you please confirm on below points :
1. Is there any duplicate detection rule added on contact entity ?
2. Have you added any plugin on create of contact record ?
