LCS Crash dump analysis tool stuck in "Upload" stage

Dear all,

We have been experiencing AOS crashes when printing documents in batches in AX 2012 R2 CU7. I wanted to analyse the crash dump in LCS and created the .zip file containing the .dmp file.

I manage to upload the dump file properly but then, it looks like the LCS crash dump analysis tool is stuck in the Upload stage; has anyone experienced this before?

Somebody else reported the same problem recently in Tool of Crash dumps analysis doesn't analysis properly again.

I agree with the suggestion there - ask Microsoft for support.

Yes, Microsoft later announced that they're not going to invest to it anymore.

Note that you can always analyze dumps by yourself in WinDbg.
