Hello Michael,
Other than adding it to one of the free form lines of text provided in the template, this is not possible to do.
As Jeff noted, if only certain receipts need this included, a rubber stamp may be your best option to include it.

RMS cannot do it, look at the printer controls.
If not a $20 red stamp from Office Depot/Staples/any print shop would work well. ☺
