the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed

Hi Experts,

When I try to open USERS List from RTC I get this error in Nav 2013 R2 -- " the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed "

Tried changing to Workgroup, restarted and then added back to the domain. NAV works without any issues but I get this error only when I click on USERS. I got Super rights as well.

Regards,

Tony

I have the same issue in one of the branch office and the server 2012R2 connected through VPN. I have added our Head Office DNS server's IP in the field of Preferred DNS server & Alternate DNS Server and also removed local dns( router gateway and iSP Dns as well.) from the Network adapter IPV4 properies. Once save these configuration after that the user's setup login page was configurable.

I checked on other users and they were getting the same issue, so I just restarted the NAV server and it fixed the issue. I might have tried your suggestion of restarting the services if  I had seen your answer before.. anyway thanks a lot for your help.

    Regards,

    Tony

Check the user login for the services (NAV and SQL). Try using the same for both.

    Good luck!
