Hi All,
Has anyone seen this issue with their Remote Assist Calls Dashboard?:
"Your reports are being provisioned. Please allow up to 24 hours for the process to complete."
The dashboard was working great up until it stopped, so I am not entirely sure what caused this issue and I am not sure where to read the error messages if there are any?
I have tried a couple troubleshooting steps such as disabling+saving, and then re-enabling+saving the dashboard, but after waiting a couple weeks I think my dashboard is broken.
Has anyone encountered this and do you know of a fix?

Hi All,
I have just learned that, "Due to changes on the data platform The customer will need to be running 1.0.0.371 to successfully provision the call dashboard. "
I am updating my RA to 1.0.0.371 and will report back if this fixes the issue!!
Edit: (7/11/22) I received info that "the dashboard isn't able to run from the special "Default" type Dataverse environment instance. [...]If you are able to install the product into either a trial, sandbox, dev, or production type environment it should work."
My next steps are to migrate my users from the default dataverse environment into a production environment and then try again.
