Hi All,
Has anyone seen this issue with their Remote Assist Calls Dashboard?:
"Your reports are being provisioned. Please allow up to 24 hours for the process to complete."
The dashboard was working great up until it stopped, so I am not entirely sure what caused this issue and I am not sure where to read the error messages if there are any?
I have tried a couple troubleshooting steps such as disabling+saving, and then re-enabling+saving the dashboard, but after waiting a couple weeks I think my dashboard is broken.
Has anyone encountered this and do you know of a fix?
