How to activate Address Validation using in Built Functionality?

Hi there,

I have a CRM project where some basic address validation is needed on account / contact.

I have a old demo version up and running that offers a list of formatted addresses in a popup, once you start entering address data (see screenshot). Once you pick the address in the popup, it completes all the address composite fields on account / contact.

But where can I find how to turn that feature on / off ?

Any hints where to find more info on that feature is highly appreciated.

    Hello Simon,

    I can be wrong but it's a part of Field Service app. If you have "classic" CRM without Field Service app installed - you will have to either install it or develop own Address Validation/use opensource solutions available.

    Thanks, when adding Field Service to Google Searches, I ended up at the following article that helped me find where to activate that feature:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../turn-on-auto-geocoding

    First, Bing Maps needs to be connected in Scheduling Board Options (that was the non- straight forward part), then also address completion needs to be turned on in the field service settings
