Summary Trial Balance Report in D365FO

Hello, 

In Ax 2012 R3, we have the option of Range of dimensions in the Summary trial balance report but I do not see the same in D365 Trial balance report. Out client needs to run the trial balance report using the combination sets meaning Main account + Financial dimensions like in AX2012 R3. D365 does not have this option though.

Is there an option to run the trial balance report using combination codes in D365FO?

    Hi,

    The financial dimension set (main-cost-loc) that you selected influences the findims that you see when the trial balance is processed.

    Alternatively, you can create a financial report that has separate columns for those findims.

    Personally, I prefer the financial report option but that is something you need to check and decide yourself.
