How can I add "other activities" on the ribbon UCI interface?

Hi Everyone,

In the old interface on the ribbon was always the option to add "other activities". In the UCI interface, you could apparently add this option pressing the "+" button, but it seems not to work. How can I add this group of activities on the UCI version?

In that case maybe revert to the ISV who created that solution so that they improve the User Experience of their solution to be better suited for the Unified Interface?

Thank you so much Henry for your answer. The thing is that we got rid of the timeline because it isn't user-friendly instead we add in activities "PowerOneView" because it displays better the latest records. Also when you do it through "related" again, the user experience is very disappointing taking you to a new page, and then you need to click on "add existing ....". If there isn't another way, I understand (probably it wasn't the answer that I want to hear).

    Best,

    Diego

    Hello Diego,

You're actually not showing the same screen, but indeed the experience is a bit difference between legacy web client and Unified Interface.
On your first screenshot, you are on the account form, on the legacy web client, and you are showing the activities that are available from the account form ribbon.
On the second screenshot, what you are showing are Quick Create options that are available regardless of where you are in your app (so regardless of the account, in your this case).

In the Unified Interface, you can add custom activities on an Account form using the timeline, or by navigating to the "Related" / "Activities" part of the form.
