Connector for Microsoft dynamics

I would like to try the connector for microsoft dynamics to connect 2 CRM instances. Although all of the doumentation states that customers can download this application, I cannot. the websites keep telling me that I am not authorized. I am not a partner, i am a customer.

Does anyone have a solution or another place to get the application? I have downloaded the CRM instance adaptor with no difficulty.
