I am currently working on ISH Dashboards for my companies Case Management system, using USD.
Has anybody had experience in modifying the default time frames available for the interactive Dashboards? The defaults may be fine in alot of cases (month, quarter, previous month, etc), however my organisation will deal with open cases that may span many months and quarters, and it will be useful to present these all .together on the dashboard. I'm aware that users are able to define custom time frames, but this would require them to define the period each time they open USD, and will need to be done for each user.
I wonder if it is possible to customize the time frame to include an 'All time' option, or other another custom-defined option. If it is possible, it is likely only achievable through code, which is OK.
I'm not expecting any clear solutions, but ff anybody has any experience in this area, if you could point me in the right direction that would be a fantastic headstart.
