Issue with Kanban View Ignoring Filters

I have a system view called “Open Opportunities” where I’ve set a filter: Probability does not equal 0% or 100%.

This has been working fine until recently.
Now, when I switch to the Kanban view, it shows all opportunities without applying any filtering.
  • The read-only list view still works correctly.
  • If I create a personal view with the same filter conditions, it behaves as expected.
  • The issue only occurs in the Kanban view for the system view.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I fix the Kanban view so it respects the filter conditions again?

    • When you define a System View (like Open Opportunities) with filters, those filters are respected in the grid view.
    • But in Kanban, the control sometimes doesn’t apply advanced filters (like “does not equal”) consistently for system views.
    • Personal Views
    • Personal Views almost always respect the filters across grid and Kanban.
    • That’s why your personal view works but the system view does not.
    Why the difference?
    • The Kanban board is technically a PCF control bound to the Opportunity entity.
    • It is optimized for specific system views (Open Opportunities, My Opportunities, etc.) and sometimes ignores complex filters applied at the system level.
    • Microsoft has a few known bugs/limitations logged in this area e.g., “Does Not Equal” conditions not respected in Kanban for certain system views
