dynamics 365 Online how to show a loading message

Hi,

We have some custom ribbon buttons on one of out custom entities which takes a while to finish processing when we clicked. Until then user has no clue what is going on and we need to let users know that it's being processed and please wait. Is there any supported way of doing this for the Dynamics 365 Online version. (Not previous versions. I have read quite few post on this but all of them written a while ago and none works in the latest version)

    Have you tried alert.js?

    alertjs.codeplex.com/documentation

    Somebody mentioned (about a month ago, I think) it works for 365..

    Hi Sachith,

    You could use the Alert.showLoading method in the Alert.js library as mentioned by Alex.
