Configuring alert 4 dynamics solution

My purpose : I am trying to install alert 4 dynamics solution ( a solution which handles notifications ) along with other D365 apps ( like the sale module )

The problem : the alert 4 dynamics can be installed only in the default environment, whenever I try to install it in any other environment..the installation fails due to an error
The error: installation failed as some other solution is being installed or removed

The proposed solutions : tried to wait but nothing happened
Tried to know which solutions are still installing but couldn't

    Hi,

    It seems there is some process running on backend, if you have already wait for long time and it is Dynamics 365 Online instance then you can raise support request with Microsoft to investigate further that what is going on at backend and Microsoft will help to install that solution.
