
We have a long time customer who orginally started with GP DOS and migrated to Dynamics GP many years ago. Ever since, they occassionally get an error "The selected record has been deleted" when using the Inquiry>>Purchasing>>Transaction by Vendor lookup. The grid screen shows some lines with nothing in them. Suspect their old hanging, deleted transactions but can't find them in the tables. Would anybody know which tables may have the issue.

I have the same question (0)The other thing to remember is that the records may be there but just missing most of the information. Look for lines that don't look the same as the other records - they may be the culprit. I would look in the Work, Open and History transaction tables. PM10000(Work), PM20000(Open), PM30200(History)
