Hi,
I created a Power BI panel with an administrator user and shared it with all Dynamics 365 teams.
One of the users with the Pro license, can access the power BI portal normally, but when he tries to access the panel through Dynamics 365, the following message occurs:
Authentication failed. You need to log in to your Power BI account to view or edit Power BI blocks.
Log in
And even clicking the button to enter, a new tab is created and closed, but nothing happens.
Has anyone ever experienced this ?
