Hi guys,
I used to have a pop-up window show when I clicked "write-in product" on opportunities, right now it just loads a new page. Is there a way to make it that when I click on it, it loads a po-up(out) window without customisation as it was earlier.
Don't know what I did to make it disappear.

This didn't answer my question but it's good to know. The popup feature is normally OOB, and I don't know what I did that may have disabled it.

In opportunity line, the default view is "Opportunity Product Inline Edit View". Which you can change to "Product Opportunity Lines" so that when you click on "write-in product" auto new entity record is open for new product line.
For pop-up, you need to add js and ribbon customization.

Now we have editable grid for opportunity product. For popup customization would be required
