Any one can help me about the capacity of storage in Customer Insights? I mean when I create an environment the storage is around 5Gb ?

Oh I got it, the storage capacity is per tenant, is not per environment, this means that the storage is shared across all the environments/organizations that you have under the same tenant.

Yes Johao, we have a customer that want to deploy customer insights what is the size of the capacity for this new deployment they don't have any tenant yet.

If you purchase a Customer Engagement Plan you will be granted an initial capacity of 10 GB. You can verify this in our Licensing Guide (go.microsoft.com/.../ to confirm which plans apply for this offer.
The capacity of storage required for your customer is going to depend on the planned deployment.
