Hi,

I want to delete data/few customers (table 18, customer) using Configuration package but its not working.

I made a new Configuration package with table ID 18 and export it.

I open the downloaded file and deleted few customers and save the modified file.

Then, open the same configuration package and import it and its not working.

I also used 'delete table records' option when doing import but still the records are there and its not working.

I am not getting any error.

Can some one guide me on this.

Can you expand on its "not working?" Do you apply the configuration package and the customers are not deleted? Or what is happening?

Deleting data using configuration package

Its not working means after importing the file when i open it the records are as it is there. they were not deleted.

I am following the blogs and posts on this, following the exact steps but still it seems like nothing happening.

can some one please guide me.
