CAS PD II Scale connecting to POS 2009

Hi Guys,

I am trying to connect CAS PD II 15 KG model to POS 2009. I am using win 7 prof 64 bit OS.

when I used driver provided by CAS, POS error outs saying scale not identified please check connection and make sure  OPOS driver is supported.

I have also tried using Arvey Weight Tronics scale utility and getting error when POS tries to read weight from scale. error dialogue box says  there was error reading weight.

has anyone connected CAS PD II 15 KG model to POS 2009 successfully? 

Please provide details on how to do this. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Bhavik,

    What version of POS 2009 are you using?

    Is the device producing errors in it's own test utility?

    I have not personally seen a case where someone was using this device within POS 2009.
