Creating a new Tax Statement Template doesn't work

I am trying to create a new Tax Statement Template but when I click "New" in Dynamics 365, nothing happens. The page doesn't refresh or anything. Is this a D365 bug?

Hello Kat,

The Tax Statement Template you are referring to is for VAT Taxes, the window is "VAT Statement Templates". VAT Taxes are currently not enabled in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

This window should not be available since VAT is not enabled, so I will pass this onto our development team and see if they can remove it as it can cause some confusion.
