Remove text in English on the Subject Line

Hi gurus, 
 
Please i want to remove the English text subject line -  /please fill the survey/
 
 
The survey language is in Denmark. 
 
Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Partner,
    When you send the survey with email, this text will appear in the email subject automatically because the default email template has been applied.

    1. Open the survey and go to the Send tab.

    2. Select Email. A default subject line and email message appear, along with a link to your survey in the message body. You can modify and format the text to meet your requirements.
    So you can remove it from the email subject manually before sending it.
    So it's not about the survey, it's about the design of the email template, you can design your email template if you don't want to remove text every time.
    --Create and personalize email templates
    --Or you can create multilingual email templates
