Maybe someone can help me out with an issue I am having.
First I run a comic/game/video Game shop and we are using an old POS called I.C.E. we just purchased RMS with Comicsuite from diamond comics and I am trying to set up customers.
I have customers that have comic hold services so I currently give them discounts in all comic related departments but they don't get discounts in other departments.
We have this kind of settings for each department in the store as incentives to maintain ongoing orders for different departments.
I understand there are Discount levels but RMS only offers 3 levels.
If I had a customer that would get video game discounts that could be Price A
Comics Could be Price B
Board Games and Card Games could be Price C
Then some comic customers get 10% off their comics while others get 15% and 30%.
Is there anyway to set this up in RMS or an addon that can help with this?? All I can find out there are reward point programs and that will not work for this situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
But what is a customer gets both Price A and Price B no options for multiple discounts Levels.
