Hi,
We are facing a challenge in restoring the back from the cloud business central with a Multi-company scenario. Data restoration is incomplete (in Some companies Item Ledger entry and GL Entry tables are completely restored and in some companies it is blank.) Could you please suggest is there any solution for it? or we are doing something wrong. RegardsVishwanath

We are able to restore the Back pac files, but in some companies data is not available (In the tables , check at SQL level).

Is the data in these specific tables related to specific ISV extensions? Before restoring, you can verify in these tables if there is data in the tables, not all data is global data.
But best probably is to raise this to Microsoft via a support ticket.
