There is an issue the status reason field when it is added to a business process flow and has more than 4 options in the optionset. The lower options will be truncated/blocked by the form flow. This appears to be a bug from Microsoft as it occurs in our Production, Dev, Vanilla(Out of the box), and our O365 instances of CRM. The Vanilla and O365 have little to no customizations. For our users, they need to go to the field down in the actual form to make there change. We are on CRM 2016 Update 1 (8.1.0.359) on prem.
