Commercial debit cards

I am currently using the Adyen payment service connector in 365.

Credit/Debit cards are accepted when creating a sales order.  But, when we attempt to register a new

commercial debit card we get the following error message that Adyen says is a generic Microsoft error.

  1. The Adyen payment service or payment account does not support currency USD or the payment account has not been configured.

Has anyone encountered this error and know of a resolution.

Thanks again, but I was able to resolve.

After reviewing the new card registration process, I noticed that the commercial credit card was flagged as a debit card, and not Visa or Master Card.

I then added a new payment type  : Visa;MasterCard;Amex;Debit  in the Adyen payment service connector.  Once this was added, I was able to process sale orders

    with the commercial credit card.

Thank you for the response.  I verified the posting account was set to USD currency.

This however, did not resolve the error message.

If you have any other advice, I would welcome any further advice.

    Thank you

    Hi dennisg,

After searching related documents, it is found that this problem may be caused by the fact that the payment method posting account is not configured with USD as the default currency. You can drill back on the Method of payment used for credit cards, drill back on the configured Posting account, set the Currency to USD.
