Reqlogic and Reqnet Integration

I was wondering if anyone ever came across the following scenario and has a viable solution to share.

I've got two companies not really sure if they are in separate GP instances but one company uses Reqlogic, a module added to GP for purchasing requisition and the other uses ReqNet an external web based application for their requisition processing. The need has now arise to integrate the two requisitioning systems. If anyone out there has any suggestions or resources that may be of assistance I'll appreciate your comments.
