Year-End Close : Another user is posting, The year cannot be closed

Hi,

We are having an issue closing one of our companies. We get the following error message: Another user is posting, the year cannot be closed.

The thing is nobody is posting anything as far as we know. Please let me know ways to double-check it and ways to solve this issue.

    You might check the Activity Monitor in SQL to see if there are any locks in place there.

    You should also clear any records from the Sy00800 table in the Dynamics db
