Rollup field and calculated field not working

Hi,

I created a calculated and rollup field but both are not working. I was able to save the field because there was no error in formula

    Hi Jane ,

    Seems the  condition you have implemented is correct. Just to make sure for calculated field you need to save the records  and for rollup you need to wait at least 12 hours till asynchronous process execute the roll-up condition.  

    And also please try with sample provided by MS in below reference to check whether these samples are working or not in your CRM instance.

    Hi Jane,

    Rollups are set to refresh every 24 hours; they don't automatically re-calculate on save or refresh of the page. Did you refresh the page or the roll-up field itself?

    Try to set Use Hierarchy:Yes

    Hi Jane,

    For calculated field, did you save the record? Does Vat field has any value? Calculated fields works on save of record.

    For rollup field, it works every hour. Did you try to click on manual rollup button on the field? Does it display the current time?

    Can you confirm if this is not working for all users or just for you?
