Fields on PO Page

We have a field, Requested Receipt Date. Even though we have moved it, and made it promoted etc, we still have a couple of users who still cannot see it on their screens. We have changed their roles, and still no luck

We are using NAV2017

Has anyone else experienced this? or know of a solution?

    Hi,

    Search for Order Promising Setup. Can you find it? I know its for sale. But I need to see if your license is enabled for Order Promising.

    Sorry think you have misunderstood. The exact field is not important, I do not think, its the fact that we have a field on the page which a few users cannot see even though it is configured to be seen on their role centre

    No problem. Actually I have a customer who got issue on Sales Order for fields Promised Delivery Date and other related to order promising. So on investigating issue we found that they are using a starter package that does not have Order Promising feature. Order Promising and few other features comes with Extended Package. That is why I thought it might be that kind of issue.
