Hi, I couldn't find it in My Notifications, so I went and looked into the source code.

You can subscribe to the following event and set IsHandled=True, so that this message can be skipped. But this requires customization.

OnBeforeConfirmDownloadShipment(SalesHeader, Result, IsHandled);
