Dynamics 365 Power Automate flow successful, but randomly doesn't copy dates or contact

Hi, I am having a strange issue, and I am not sure what the cause might be.

I have 2 power automate flows that are suppose to do things on our Sales Hub.

1st flow:
On opportunity close, apply some of the information collected to the opportunity itself.

This one seems to work fine - I have checked it multiple times and the information is always there and correct.

2nd flow:
After opportunity is closed, wait 2 minutes, then create new opportunity based on the information from closed opportunity.

This is where thongs start to get weird - the run is always successful, but the information doesn't get copied over to the new opportunity, sometimes. I had the delay on 5 seconds, but I have changed it to 2 minutes, but that didn't really change anything. It has like 30% success rate in copying the dates.

The fields I am having issues with:

before (looks good):
after (the flow didn't copy these for some reason):

Hope this post is not too messy. Any help?

Is the flow triggering when it should? For us we have to create an opportunity close record instead of changing the opportunity status to won or lost in order to properly close it.

Open the flow run that didnt work properly. Do you see the data you want as on output of the trigger? It may be easier to troubleshoot if you create variables for testing. Just to make sure the trigger or previous step is providing that data you want to populate into the new opp.

    I do use test values.

I just checked and it does not have these values in either - input or output. Not even the names of the values. The first test which I have run had the values show up normally.

Still no clue why these are getting ignored if the references are correct.

Found a solution, but not an answer:

What solved it was connecting my two flows that I had into one - I had separate flows, where one would update the opportunity fields based on answers provided by the user, and the other flow would create an opportunity based on that.

I guess maybe the issue was, that the data from fields was collected on the flow trigger (too early?) and putting a delay on it realistically did nothing (it did delay the data input, but not collection).
