Customizing the Purchase Order Report to put the address you want on the Purchase Order, is likely the easiest approach to this problem, but you may experience some lack of functionality, as this approach assumes all items on the Purchase Order are going to the same location.
As the Purchase Order Process stands now, multiple Purchase Orders are printed, when different SITES are selected for different PO Line items.
If you have one site, then this shouldn't be a problem.
Hi Harry, thanks for the reply. Yeah, I got that. What's the use of Ship to Address in the Purchasing Vendor Details entry, how can I use this field to reflect it in the Ship to Address.. thanks

You can change the default Site ID for Purchase Order Lines in Purchase Order Processing setup. It can be either the Item's Default Site ID or the Last Line's Site ID.
If you use Previous Line's Site ID, the Site ID will be copied down from your selection on your first line.
I am sorry but I do not see the answer there, my question remains the same ...how to change the default ship to address in a PO (the default one is site ID address)
