Data source requested for D365 usage found in Account 360 in MSX Berkshire Hathaway tpid 640447

We're trying to find the data source for Account 360 D365 Consumption for both D365 on Premise and D365. Specifically the Union Underwear Inc / Fruit of the Loom Customer found in Dynamics on Premise.
