Cash receipt posting interrupted. Error: You cannot edit the batch or transactions in this batch. Use the Batch Recovery window to continue processing this batch.

Master Posting status is posting interrupted. Error: You cannot edit the batch or transactions in this batch. Use the Batch Recovery window to continue processing this batch.

Batch recovery window doesn't work. Error: Batch x failed to complete posting. use the Batch Recovery window to continue processing this batch. Funny--I'm IN Batch Recovery. More Info: An unknown operation on table 'rvlrmPmntDocKeysMSTR'  could not find a record.

How can I delete this record? Do I have to go through the SQL server? If so, how do I find this exact record?

    Hi

    This is an error that you will need to resolve via SQL.  This article may provide a starting point for you:

    dynamicsgp.wordpress.com/.../batch-stuck-in-posting-receiving-busy-etc-etc

    Once you have recovered it, try and repost it.

    If you end up with the same issue, recover it again and then look at the transactions in the batch to see if there is an issue with data.

    You may need to get help from your partner if you are unable to isolate the issue.
