Not all quantity accounted for when creating replenishment links for work line (ItemId = 1033204, InventDimId = #0000000150001DA2). Quantity needing replenishment was 1,00, but replenishment links were only created for 0,00.

When i´m running a demand based replenishment for a sales order that have some items on picking locations fulfilling the sales order. While other items are placed on other parts of the warehouse in two different zones where we need to do a demand replenishment i´m able to run the replenishment to a single stage location, as well as getting the replenishment to the pick-locations of the items.

But when i try to run the split the work so that each zone gets it´s own work and staging location, i´m running into the following error, which i´m not able to figure out why:

Not all quantity accounted for when creating replenishment links for work line (ItemId = 1033204, InventDimId = #0000000150001DA2). Quantity needing replenishment was 1,00, but replenishment links were only created for 0,00.

The item have fixed location for product variant, and if i remove the item from the load, the next item gives the same error.

Has anyone ecnounted the same error and can shed some light on this?

    Hi There,

Thanks for everyone's answers on this, I have also found it very helpful. I imported work templates for wave demand replenishment and received the same error when releasing sales orders to the warehouse. After reading through the responses, I noticed that no default work header break was specified, so I just selected "Edit query" on my work template and clicked OK, which created the grouping by ReplenLocationId by default, which fixed the issue.

We did solve our problem, but i´m not 100% sure i remeber what my initial problem was :)

But in general we created work templates for each staging and zone location. While also having replenishment templates for each zone and location directeives attached.

We grouped the work template by Replenish location Id and then added our sort code to get the proper order.

Recreating the work templates (both for replenishment) solved my issue - hope this helps someone!

Thank you. If i keep the defualt and add my own work header break, it works.

    Hi Nahh,

Is none of these are working, please open a ticket with Microsoft Support, so we can investigate this in more detail.

    Thank you,

    Alina

Yes, that is once of the scenarios we´ve tested as well as that is how our setup is supposed to work.

    Hi Nahh,

Have you tried to have different work templates for each zone and add Zone ID as filter on the Edit query for the work template ?

    Thanks,

    Alina

    Hi Alina.

Thanks for the reply. That option is checked by default, and we´ve tried to change to different things as well to see if we can get the work to group by for example Zone ID instead as well. But still getting the same error.
