In Nav we can drag the factbox pane to be wider or narrower. Is this feature lost with BC (cloud)?

Correct, you can not resize them in the web version.

Yes, can only be displayed and not displayed.

But the latest analysis mode can drag the pane on the right, and I expect this to work in normal mode in the future.
