'Reduce quantity' on transfer order picking lists

I want to be able to prevent a transfer order picking list being posted unless the items are available in on-hand inventory. The sales order picking list form has a 'Reduce quantity' option, but that seems to be missing from the transfer order picking list posting.

Is there any way to prevent a transfer order picking list being posted if the items aren't available?

In Transfer order picking list, there is a field called 'Update' where you can select 'Available quantity', this will do the same as like sales order 'reduce quantity'

Path: Transfer Order -> Posting(Button)->Picking list->Update(field)
