NPS Score in Voice Of Customer

Hi,

I have a question about displaying the NPS score on the survey response. I have noticed when the survey only has a NPS question and when the response comes back it only displays the NPS type (detractor,passive or promoter) and the NPS comment if any. However what I would like to see is also the score that the customer has selected.  The only way of displaying the score would be to go the related question response field and pulling out the score and updating a new custom field on the survey response form to populate the NPS score.  Is there any out of the box way of getting the score to disaply in addition to the NPS type?

    I would like to add one more tool for customer feedback i.e. Grohawk. Grohawk provides splendid features for customer feedback which includes NPS(Net promoter score), CES (Customer effort score) and CSAT(Customer satisfaction tool)
    NPS tool specifies and go to the related question response field and pulling out the score and updating a new custom field on the survey response form to populate the NPS score.

    Or you can directly SIGNUP to find out what your customers think about your business right away and actively drive new referrals!
