Recently I had a very strange case in BC Cloud version 19.5. In transactions of one day (08/06), the dimensions entered on the lines of the sales or purchase document did not transfer to the entries. The posted entries did not have any dimensions except global, even though they were visible in the dimension set of a given row on the document. The transactions of the next day already correctly transferred dimensions. Have you had a similar case? I am looking for the reason that could have caused this situation. I exclude the operation of the modification, because during this period we did not add anything new, and there have never been problems with the standard function of transferring dimensions to entries.
Could it be related to the fact that during this period there was a problem with upgrading the system to a higher version? The system did not want to upgrade to version 20.0, the update just did not start - we were not getting any error messages and MS stated that it did not have free services to do the upgrade at that time. It is rather impossible but I am looking for every possibility.
