How to get a Permanent Message Display on Picking List??

Hello All,

I am trying to have a permanent Message display on our Picking List for one of our customer through Document Handling. We do have the functionality where we can add messages on individual picking list but that means CS team will have to add it on each order, which is not ideal!!

Has anybody had that before? Can we put a message in document handling on the customer and then link it to picking list?

Hi Parz,

There is no setting to copy document handling items from a customer record to sales orders or the picking list. This would require a customization.

Hi Parz,

The functionality to copy notes from the customer was not added to standard AX until 2012 R3.
