Business Card Scan: image is not showing

Hi everbody,

I have configured the Business Card Scanner in the Quick Create form for leads. I also put the business card image field on the default lead form.

But after I scanned a business card, the image will not be displayed on the newly created lead. It only shows alpha-numeric signs.

Can anybody help me, what to do to display the image instead of the alpha-numeric signs?

Thank you!

    Hi sew2020,

The alpha-numeric signs is the base64 string of the image. And there is no OOB way to directly show image instead of it.

As a workaround, you can download the image by base64 string and then upload it to an image field.
