Error when Upgrading to 21.4

Hello all, 

I've received the following error when attempting to update a client's environment from 21.3 to 21.4:

Operation Details:Status: FailedError: Update failed with an internal error.

From version: 21.3.51409.51575To version: 21.4.52563.52602Update status: FailedCustom date selected: Yes
I'm not sure how to address this issue as the error doesn't give much context.

    Hello Chris - I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft, so we can investigate your tenant and why this upgrade failed.
