Place holders in email body

Hi Everyone,
 
I have an requirement of having a placer holder for the ''vendor name'' in a email body when a purchase requisition document is sent to each vendor. Kindly share your observations and process if you know how to achieve it on standard environment. 
 
As shown on below screenshot I want to replace the vendor name with a place holder in the email body.

    This feature is quite limited in standard. What you can do is to explore the free addon from Docentric. They offer some free features, your requirement is covered:
     
    If you want to stay in standard then I would use a business event or dataverse connection to trigger an email when printing. This event is then picked up by Power automate where you can use variables.

    HI Vijitha,
     
    Vendor names are not available by default as an emailing option in Purchase requisitions document. Vendor names are display fields coming in from Global address book so this option is not available in System email templates or Organization templates. However, there are options for purchase orders to be emailed to vendors for purchase orders created from requisitions. In case, you are not considering DoCentric then X++ development will be required to extend email event handlers/Business events (based on the status of the purchase requisition).
