    On the Sales Transaction Smart list, go to (Columns) and add (Tax Amount) to display the tax amount associated with the sales transactions, it is not shown in the smart list as a default column.

    As for the Sales Transactions Tables;

    • SOP10100 | Sales Transaction Work
    • SOP10200 | Sales Transaction Amounts Work
    • SOP30200 | Sales Transaction History
    • SOP30300 | Sales Transaction Amounts History

    yes, I selected Tax Amount Column, but in that amount is 0. but when I double click and sales transaction inquiry zoom window appear and tax amount is present there.

    as this is history transaction, so this transaction is present in SOP30200 and SOP30300 , and amount is present in table in SOP30200 under TAXAMNT and ORTAXAMT column. but now showing in smart list .

    Does this happen with a specific sales document or all documents within the Sales Transactions Smart List ?

    with only one transaction , tax amount for all other transactions are shown. weather checklinks solve this issue ??? or any other solution ?

    There is no logical justification behind having the tax amount not showing while it is there on the tables, it would be highly recommended to run the check links and reconcile.

    Your feedback is appreciated.
