Try to change current printer to something else. Gives debug info.
I can get past by checking then unchecking all 4 check boxes to left of setup button (like print to file).
debug reports app name 9822000.exe and modname comdlg32.dll in report. I cant cut and paste error log or I would. Error log also gives filename and location. I cannot find file searching on my own or using microsofts search tool. I copied over filename so not mispelling it.

If you review the printers that are installed on this particular machine in the Control Panel | printers and faxes screen, does this machine contain any printers that are not on one of the the working machines? Compare the printer list on a machine that doesn't have this problem with the list of installed printers on the problem machine. Please remove any printers that exist on the problem machine that aren't on a working machine.
Or you can try and register the comdlg32.dll file and see if that corrects the issue.
