Subject: Dynamics 365 Sales Trial – Can I use multiple users?

Hello ,

I have a 30-day trial of Dynamics 365 Sales integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

I would like to clarify the user setup for the trial:

Is the trial limited to one user only, specifically the user who was used to create the Dynamics 365 Sales Connection Setup?
Or can I also allow other users that already exist in the Business Central Users page to access and use Dynamics 365 Sales?
Is there a page in Dynamics 365 Sales / Dataverse where I can see which users are enabled and have access to the trial environment?

I tried signing in with another user, but I receive the following error:

“The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first…”

My goal is to test the CRM integration using multiple users before purchasing the full Dynamics 365 Sales license.

Could you please explain why this error occurs and what is the correct way to add/enable additional users in the Dynamics 365 Sales trial environment?
