RE: Reason Code display issues in Leave and absence

Thanks for the feedback.
For our Covid leave type of Coronavirus we have reason code on and for all associated reason code types (and we have many associated to Coronavirus) they all have the second highlighted parameter (leave and absence request) on, but not the leave and absence adjustment.
We tried toggling this on and it did not affect the screens in my first post not showing the reason code.
So in summary, we enter reason codes against coronavirus leave types and when they are approved you cannot see the value in the (for example) approved time off screen, the only columns shown are day, date, type and amount. This is one of the screen in which I want to have a column to display the reason code (where entered, as many of our leave types do not require one).
Even if I right click in the time off grid to get up options to personalise the form by adding columns, reason code does not come up in the list of fields I can add as a column:

Does this clarify and if yes, am I missing something or can I not get reason code on the approved time off grid (plus the other 2 screens I originally mentioned)?
